One cycle. No gaps.
Every step of out-of-home lives in AdNav as a connected event: the screen knows about the campaign, the campaign knows about the plays, and the plays know about the money.
01
Inventory
Screens, venues and devices join the network: geometry, operating hours, online status — all on one map.
02
Campaign
An advertiser or agency picks screens, period and frequency, uploads creatives and gets the price instantly.
03
Moderation
The screen owner approves content. Priority, reservation and restriction rules apply automatically.
04
On air
The player receives the schedule, plays creatives and logs every play — if the connection drops, it reports later.
05
Proof
Every play is reconciled against the plan. The advertiser's report is built from facts, not promises.
06
Money
Invoices, commissions, owner payouts and adjustments — in an append-only ledger that always balances.
Interface
A workplace, not a showcase
AdNav workspaces are designed for daily operations: tables, map, statuses and actions one click away.

Three sides of one market
A network under control and new revenue from the same screens
AdNav replaces scattered CMS tools, spreadsheets and email threads with one system: you see every screen, every creative and every unit of revenue. The marketplace and SSP bring demand that used to pass you by.
- Screens, devices and playlists in one workspace
- Sell directly and through programmatic
- Payouts and invoices without manual reconciliation
Built as a system, not a set of tools
Screens, campaigns, plays and money live in one data model. That is why the report, the invoice and the payout agree without manual reconciliation.
A play exists if the device confirmed it
The player reports every playback. The advertiser report is built from the play log, not from the schedule.
Money is computed from the same data as the report
Invoices, commissions and owner payouts derive from confirmed plays. The ledger is append-only: adjustments only, with history.
Screen networks never see each other
Owner isolation is enforced at the database level, not only in the interface. The owner sees their network, the advertiser their campaigns.
The network is run from the workspace
Every device’s status, player version, brightness and commands, without a site visit. The schedule publishes to all screens at once.
Role-based permissions and an audit log
Agents, finance, moderators, each with their own permissions. Who changed what, and when, is visible in the organisation log.
Sign-in on open standards
Single sign-on over OpenID Connect, two-factor protection and session management, on our own identity server.
